At present 30 people are employed at Solocuivre Sàrl.

The company is located in the French city of Sarregue­mines, quite close to the French/German border (about 15 km away from the head company Saar-Metallwerke GmbH, Saarbrücken).

Solocuivre produces open die and die forgings of all kinds on its 2.000 t and 800 t presses, exclusively from non-ferrous metals. On our hammer presses we produce press parts respectively smaller die forgings.

For the flow-turning process of seamless forged, rotationally symmetrical parts (e.g. blast furnace tuyere noses) a flow-turning press is available.

The raw forged parts are further processed in our welding department and our machine shop.

An extensive stock of continuous cast raw materials is available in all dimensions in demand, so that quick supply is ensured.

Solocuivre supplies open die forgings, bushes, rings, flow-turned parts, die forgings and pressed parts only from non-ferrous metals. If desired, the parts will be finish machined.
