On request we offer subcontract machining.
Among our machining facilities is a very complex 5-axis milling machine.
Maximum travel distance: x = 3.400 mm, y = 2.500 mm and z = 1.500 mm.
The maximum clamping table size for milling is a 1.500 x 3.000 mm and
the maximum clamping load is 12 t.
Our welders carry out welding and soldering operations, mainly on non-ferrous
metals. One of our specialities is the welding of copper to steel namely stainless
steel. Our welding processes are approved by the German TÜV.
With our deep hole drills we can drill small as well as big diameter holes.
The smallest long holes are 3 mm in diameter and 350 mm long. The biggest deep
hole drillings have a diameter of 60 mm and are 4.000 mm long.
Using special tools, we are able to drill long holes up to 160 mm in diameter.
The maximum work piece dimensions for our deep hole drillings are
1.800 x 2.500 x 3.000 mm.
The maximum clamping table load is 15 t.
